Meditation for Beginners
Have you ever wanted to start a meditation practice, but either didn't know how or didn't think you could do it?
Meditation for Beginners is for everyone who is interested in learning how to meditate, regardless of your background or belief, and will help you start and sustain your own practice.
This class will help you learn how to relax your mind, sharpen your concentration, and generally begin feeling more energized and refreshed. It will also provide you with new tools for dealing with stress, anxiety, and problems. Meditation will help you to overcome negative states of mind such as anger and jealousy, and to cultivate positive minds such as patience and love.
$40.00 for the 4 week session. ($10 per class) Classes are limited to 10 participants.
